There is a certain current flowing through America at this moment. A powerful resistance against the unfairness and separation that has been built into our American society over the years. Since January 20th, 2025, we've watched as an Administration, a Congress and a Corporate Media have all flailed around in the death throes of their unjust system coming to its inevitable end. They are flailing, that is to say, making extreme political moves and taking even more extreme positions because they can feel their grip loosening, they can feel their power fading and they know that if they don't succeed this time at ending America as we know it (Project 2025), then they never will. The real call for a third term is still to come.

But I believe that the People have had enough! We see citizens of all political stripes; your friends, my friends, Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Greens...all of us, coming together to call collectively for a better Nation where the benefits of being American extend to all parts and people of our land. Where the wealth of OUR HOUSE stays in OUR HANDS and is shared fairly by ALL OF US--not stolen and wasted by a few powerful billionaire technocrats. We are the ones who've done the hard work to build this country. The billionaire CEO doesn't dig the ditch, or farm the land, or drive the trucks, or carry the food, or care for the patients, or teach the children, or put out the fire, or craft the art or build the bridge. The CEO became the CEO in order to NOT do those things. WE built this country, and WE will fight to keep it. I believe that we all know in our hearts that the world we find ourselves in -- this cynical, paranoid and power-hungry authoritarianism, developed in places like Russia and perfected in places like China has manifested and becoming more accepted here in the United States every day -- is not the America that we know and love.

If we think for a moment about who is making the problem worse when it comes to our current Congress, if we look around with eyes open, we see that they are on both sides of the aisle - and they have been there for a long time. These are the Establishment Politicians, Republican and Democrat alike. It is as clear as the nose on their face: not only a willingness, but a long history of accepting endless amounts of money from particular hidden corporate interests to fund their elections and build their lifestyles based not on merit, but on the good-old-boy system. This is where the corruption overtakes the game. And yes, many politicians today, while not outwardly, visibly corrupt, are content to keep quiet, vote 100% of the time the way they are told, take the money, don't say anything to get themselves noticed, and by doing so, allow the corrupt system to roll on, to grow, in fact, unchecked and unaccountable for decades.

Fortunately, more and more people are realizing that our government has allowed itself to be co-opted, stolen, high-jacked by unelected "tech bros" that have an ax to grind against humanity. The good news is that the MIDTERMS are coming. My goal is to bring together voters from all walks of life in our District to elect a truer representation of who we are. We have the golden opportunity to elect a new leader to send to Washington on our behalf. One that will take a real stand and fight the oligarch power grab with everything they've got.

The first call I have is to my conservative, populist friends. No matter how hard the GOP has tried, there's never been a Republican able to unseat Mike Thompson since he was elected in 1998. In those days, he was urged by his friend Nancy Pelosi to represent the greater Napa Valley and the North Coast. The Congressional Map has changed multiple times since, but redistricting has always worked to his benefit, and he's been able to hold on to his seat by a 65%-35% margin for what seems like forever. I'm here this time around to give the voters a viable alternative at the next Primary Election in June 2026. You don't have to vote (R) and hope to be a part of a win. It's an Open Primary and you are free to vote for an anti-Establishment Independent, that is your prerogative, and your votes will have even more of an impact during a midterm year with no Presidential race. I am confident that with a little research, you'll find that we have a lot in common and that I have many of the shared values that you seek in a candidate.

This isn't about Left or Right...it's about US.

To my progressive and independent friends, I say:

It's time for that change you've been longing for. Never be afraid to go with your gut, your intuition; to vote for someone new, to stir it up a bit, to go outside the Party insiders and select a fresh face, a new voice.  I have the government experience, the intellect, the political knowledge and will and an incorruptible character, driven by a sense of “Justice for All” that I hope will give you the confidence to Vote for Change and for Progress in June and November 2026; to vote for a NEW GENERATION OF LEADERSHIP  to free us from the corporate-owned, establishment politics to which we've become accustomed.​
